Katy Perry Tattoos Designs and Pics

Katy Perry has a small tattoo that reads, simply, “Jesus” on the inside of her left wrist. This is likely Perry’s nod to her religious upbringing (both of her parents are pastors). Perry grew up singing in church and even signed with a Christian music label as a teen.

In late-July of 2009, Katy Perry showed off what some, at first, thought to be a real chest tattoo of Josh Groban’s name. Guess what? Not real (thankfully, and Russell Brand probably agrees). Really, the tip off should be that Groban’s name is misspelled “Grobin.” Katy actually got her happy strawberry tat at NYC’s East Side Ink that evening. Major fake out.

Katy Perry has a tattoo of a smiling strawberry on the inside of her left ankle. The colorful, whimsical tattoo is classic Katy – all fun and upbeat. The strawberry is definitely of the cartoon variety and it’s not very large. It’s just big enough to be seen, without overpowering. Perry debuted her happy strawberry tat on Twitter in July of 2009.

Katy Perry’s third and latest tattoo is Sanskrit. It reads: “Anuugacchati Pravaha,” which means “Go With the Flow.” The phrase is tattooed on the inside of her right bicep, so it’s only seen if and when Katy raises her arm to show it off. Perry’s hubby, actor Russell Brand, has a matching tattoo on his right bicep as well.
